An easy recipe for your busy Monday

Happy Monday! Even though you may be disappointed for the start of a new work week, I have the perfect quick and easy recipe to go along with whatever you plan on having for dinner tonight – Simple Roasted Garlic and Sesame Broccolette.

Because we need to get our daily dose of greens 🙂

Simple Roasted Garlic and Sesame Broccolette.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 18 minutes
Total Time 23 minutes
Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound broccolette or broccolini
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Add broccolette, garlic, sesame, salt, pepper, and olive oil to large baking pan. Mix well until all broccolette is coated in the oil. Roast for about 25-30 minutes or until broccolette is soft and tender. Serve with sesame seeds, and enjoy with your main course or simply as a snack!
