One Skillet Italian Sausage Pasta.

April 16, 2020

One word: deliziosa.

I feel like the only thing I’ve been making and experimenting with lately has been pasta. However, this pasta has everything that you need for a single meal in it.

Protein, carbs, and deliciousness 🙂

One Skillet Italian Sausage Pasta.

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste ((optional))
  • 2 Italian sausages, casings removed and roughly minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ricotta
  • 1/2 pound dry pasta
  1. Heat olive oil and garlic cloves over medium heat until garlic is fragrant. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, and cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes release some of their juices. Stir in the tomato paste. Meanwhile, boil water for the pasta, and cook until al dente.
  2. Add the minced sausages into the tomatoes, and cook until the sausages are cooked through but not tough. Add in salt, black pepper, red pepper, and paprika. Stir in the ricotta. Add the pasta to the sausage mixture, and stir until mixed together. Enjoy hot!
