An easy peasy back-to-school snack

This recipe is the rule of twos.

It’s pretty much two of every ingredient! And do you even need a written recipe for this super duper easy back-to-school snack? Probably not.

I love bite-sized snacks since they’re most likely very easy to make and very easy to eat. Double win.

Plus, any variation of the classic peanut butter & jelly sandwich must be good – right? 🙂

PB&J Tortilla Roll-Ups.

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves or your favorite jam or jelly
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, partially smashed
  1. Spread about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each tortilla. Spread about 1 tablespoon on top of peanut butter. Top with partially smashed fresh raspberries. Roll into log, and slice log into medallions, horizontally. Enjoy on the go!
