3-Ingredient Breakfast Muffins.

  • 6 slices bread
  • 6 slices frozen turkey bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  1. Grease a muffin tin with soy butter or oil.
  2. Cut a circle (large enough to fit each muffin tin) out of each slice of bread. Mold to each mold of tin. Rip each slice of turkey bacon in half and place in bread mold. Crack each egg into each mold.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until yolk is soft and not overcooked. Serve warm, and enjoy!
